Fruit Skewers
I made fruit skewers because not only are they very healthy but they also taste delicious! They are very simple to make and a great way to make eating fruit more fun!
Ingredients
Strawberries
Blueberries
Mandarins
Watermelon
Utensils
Chopping board
Knife
Bamboo Skewers
Steps
Firstly, chop up your chosen fruits into bite sized chunks using a chopping board and a knife. Make sure you peal the fruit before you cut it up if it has skin that you don’t want to eat.
Then add the fruit chunks to the bamboo skewer by stabbing each one and sliding it along. I like to alternate between fruits to make them look more colourful!
Keep adding the fruit pieces until the skewer is half full so that you still have a handle to eat with.
Lay the fruit skewers onto a plate to serve. Cover and refrigerate to store. Eat and Enjoy!
