Banana Bread
Review:
Banana bread is one of my favourite recipes as it tastes delicious and I can eat it for breakfast! I chose this recipe by Cookie and Kate as it has no refined sugar and uses only natural sweeteners including maple syrup and ripe bananas. I really enjoyed whisking the ingredients and watching the mixture come together before sprinkling it with cinnamon and making spiral patterns on top.
I would give it a 4.9 star rating!
Ingredients:
1/3 cups of coconut oil
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of maple syrup

9. Enjoy!!
