Recipe Review: Nigella Lawson Fairy Cupcakes
This was the first time we made these swirly rainbow cupcakes and they were a DISASTER!!!! This was because we used too much Bi-carb soda and instead of baking powder to make the plain flour rise. As a result, they tasted like soap, Yuck! However, the icing turned out awesome. We did this by using different food colourings and mixing it around in a marble pattern. I give it a 0 star rating for taste, but 5 stars for looks.
